Tags Report Overview

The Tags report gives you a clear visual snapshot of how tags are used across your data—showing both the number of tagged items and the total size they represent. It’s an easy way to understand how your data is organized and how tags are distributed across your environment.

🌍 Scope: Global by default. You can narrow the results using filters.

How to Access the Tags Report

From the Analytics menu	From the results pane → path column
Loads the report across all volumes (unless filters are active).	Loads the report starting directly at that path.

How to Use the Tags Report

CALLOUT	DESCRIPTION
A	Results by number of items: Click any link to open the matching results in the search page or click on a slice of the pie chart.
B	Results by size: Click any link to open the matching results in the search page or click a bar in the chart.
C	Filters: Refine your results using: Show files only: Excludes directories. Show directories only: Excludes files. Show all: Show both files and directories. Dir size no recurs: Limits directory size reporting to non-recursive calculations. Current top path only: Limits the results to the selected volume. Current dir only: Limits the results to the exact path you locked in on the search page using Current Dir before opening the report. Hide zero values: Hides report categories that contain no matching items or data.

E	Download CSV: Downloads the current report in CSV format and saves it to your browser’s configured download location.
F	Reload: Refreshes the cached data.
