How to Access Detailed Metadata
You can open detailed metadata/attributes for directories and files, and the steps are slightly different for each. In both cases, Diskover opens a new tab that shows all the metadata your system administrator has configured and indexed for your instance.

Copy full path: Copies the entire path, including the file name, to your clipboard. |

Copy parent path: Copies the path without the file name—helpful when you need the directory path only. |

Load in analytics: Loads the parent path into one of the available analytics. |

Search this path: Search the parent directory, recursively or non-recursively. |

Core metadata: Shows all the standard metadata harvested during indexing. ✏️ Each field can be searched individually using field-name search options. |

Cost: The estimated cost for the file or directory, if your instance uses the cost analysis feature. |
