Export Your Results
You can export your results, whether they come from drilling down the file tree or running a search. From the Export menu, you can also copy paths or file names directly to your clipboard. Let’s go through each option.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! We recommend limiting your exports to 100,000 line items—if you try to export more than that:
Diskover will still attempt the export, but you’ll see a warning message.
The process may take several minutes or even hours, depending on how many items are included.
Remember that Excel has a maximum of 1 million rows.
If you experience issues exporting a large dataset, please have your System Administrator open a support ticket for further guidance.
