Reports Overview
Reports help you quickly uncover your top unknowns—almost like reverse engineering your data. With customizable queries tailored to what matters most to your business, you can spotlight hard-to-find files, unusual patterns, and key statistics.

How to Access Reports
From the Analytics menu |

Edit Reports: Editing the Reports queries requires an admin account. If you need changes and don’t have the permissions, contact your System Administrator. |

How to Customize/Edit Reports
The Reports Configuration page allows admins to define and manage the named queries used by the Reports Analytics. Each entry includes a query name, a query string, and—unique to Reports—an aggregate field that determines how results are grouped for analysis.

DiskoverAdmin: Clicking the Edit Reports button in the report automatically opens the admin panel in a new tab, where names and queries are managed. |

Query name: This is the shortcut query name—it should be short, memorable, and clearly describe what the query returns. |

Add query: Click Add Item to create a new Reports entry. A blank query form appears where you can define the name (!something) and the query string behind it. |

Delete query: Removes the selected name/query entry from your configuration. This action cannot be undone, so only delete entries that are no longer needed or are incorrect. |

Save: When you finish editing or adding queries, click Save to apply your changes. All modifications become immediately available to users who access Reports or launch them from the search bar. To return to the report:
