Loads a global view across all volumes (unless filters are applied).

Loads the report starting directly at that path.

Owner: Displays usage by individual users.

• Uses the metadata provided by your configured authentication system (LDAP, Active Directory, or similar).

• Accurate reporting depends on proper integration and permissions set by your System Administrator.

Group: Displays usage by user groups.

• Also relies on metadata from your authentication provider.

• Requires correct configuration to ensure reliable data.

Size: Shows the total size of all data associated with the selected owner or group.

Allocated: Shows the actual on-disk size the files occupy—useful when evaluating storage efficiency or compression impacts.

% Allocated: Displays how much of the total allocated storage each owner or group uses, expressed as a percentage.

Cost per GB: Shows the total cost associated with an owner or group based on your storage cost configuration.

Avg cost per GB: Shows the average cost per gigabyte for that owner or group.

File: Indicates the number of files linked to a user or group.

% File: Shows the proportion of files owned by that user or group compared to all files in your indexed environment.

View detailed results: Click any Owner or Group name to view detailed results on the search page.

Filters: Use filters to refine your report.

• Current top path only: Limits results to the selected volume.

• Current dir only: Restricts results to the directory you selected on the search page.

• Show top X: Choose how many users or groups to display (10 to 10,000, default is 50).

• Reload: Refreshes the data.
